Event Coverage

Fuse PR and STA Travel had two events on at UNSW and Sydney University, designed to inform students about the USA travel packages STA Travel had on offer. We were asked to capture the vibe of the day, the students' engagement with the food truck, the live band and the graffiti artist spraying a US-themed artwork.

Every two years at the AWISA (Australian Woodworking Industry Suppliers Association) convention, Polytec has a great stand and an even better wrap party that they have asked us to shoot for the past 10 years. The idea is to capture the energy of the event, as well as customer and client interactions with Polytec products and staff members. Once the AWISA Exhibition wraps, Audience Productions also shoots the Polytec afterparty, where employees and customers enjoy drinks and live music at a nearby venue. Both the event and afterparty are edited together in a highlights package for distribution to clients who couldn’t make the event as well as those that were present.

AgVision happens every two years, seeing more than 120 schools attend to learn just how large the world of agriculture is. For the 2016 edition, held at Junee High School, we needed a full crew to capture all the events on offer and get a piece to camera from the school principal. The video was used as a marketing tool to encourage even more schools to sign up for the next AgVision.

The task was to cover the unveiling of the new Socceroos kit on behalf of Nike and Getty Images at Walsh Bay in Sydney, taking in the whole event from speeches to attendees interacting with the soccer gear and a flying acrobat. Capturing the energy and crowd interaction early on a Monday morning was a challenge we chose to accept.
