We partnered with Ardex Australia to bring their new tool range to life with a cinematic, clean and highly functional product video. This shoot served as a proof of concept for the full tool series...and it worked. The client loved our vision so much, they brought us back to complete the entire tool lineup.
The shoot involved slick motion control, dynamic turntable footage and ultra-close macro shots that highlighted the performance and build of each tool. We captured everything on location in a controlled studio environment that balanced construction grit with brand polish.
Fun BTS anecdote: The original video was pitched as a standalone concept, but it resonated so well internally that it became the benchmark for the whole range. A great example of how investing in one bold creative idea can influence an entire campaign.

Notch Your Average Trowel Video
This product video was created for Ardex Australia’s new tool line, kicking off with the notched trowel. This proof-of-concept piece became the template for a larger series, thanks to the compelling creative, crisp visuals and smooth production values we delivered.
Shot with high-end macro lenses and a rotating turntable, the video combines close-up detail with dynamic movement to bring the humble trowel to life. The lighting and polish set a new visual benchmark for trade-based product content.
We shot this video with a high-gloss black acrylic turntable, which looked brilliant on camera but attracted every dust particle within a 10km radius. Our dust-removal cloths got such a workout, they earned their own wrap party.
