Ashleigh has been involved in photo and video production since 1994. After a long stint in magazines, during which he maintained a keen interest in filmmaking, Ash branched out into independent video production, turning Audience Productions from a side hustle to a full-time focus. Since 2005, he has grown the business from a simple event coverage operation to include a wide array of work for Australia’s biggest companies, learning a great deal along the way. His film scripts and short films have also garnered a few awards, which his PR agent can tell you more about. Ash likes to watch Back To The Future, The Goonies and all things HBO and AMC.

Richard has been Director of Photography on about 18 feature films and has shot TV Commercials, Music Videos and Corporates for 30 years, Richard Michalak feels he is beginning to get the hang of the film and video industries.With the worldwide shift to digital content, he is up to date with all the most recent technologies and is adept at reproducing any style.While being an original thinker, he is still a team player and well able to work to a visual plan and to capture any desired look and style for any given project.Richard has worked on many Audience Productions.

Since 1985, Shane has been a fan of Back To The Future. Since 1999, Shane has been writing and editing professionally for a variety of publications across Australia and internationally. He has contributed to such journals as The Sydney Morning Herald and CLEO, as well as working on TV shows like Good Game and The Chaser’s War On Everything, and writing internal videos for corporate clients such as Optus. More recently, he has edited weekly magazines and runs stand-up website www.whatsoncomedy.com. Less recently, he was a call centre operator, bingo caller, comic shop guy, Timezone attendant, primary school teacher and invigilator.

With 15 years experience as an actor, presenter and voice-over artist across theatre, television and radio, Ben thrives on collaboration – no matter how big or small the job. His commercial clients have included KFC, Caltex, AFRA, Resmed, Allianz, Holden, Australian NRL, NEHTA and Paramount Pictures. As an experienced producer, Ben also thoroughly understands the production process, the commercial market and the inner workings of the flux capacitor.
